Money Magazine recently released The 50 Best Places to Live in the U.S. in 2021 and 2022, and Lower Merion Township made the cut.

LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — Lower Merion residents should be proud to live in one of the 50 best places in the United States, per Money Magazine.

The publication recently released its list of The 50 Best Places to Live in the U.S. in 2021 and 2022, and Lower Merion Township found itself on the list.

Money's team considered nearly 100 different metrics organized into nine categories, including cost of living, fun, education, and income and personal finances.

With all factors considered, Lower Merion was ranked No. 37.

According to Money, Lower Merion has a population of 61,535, a median household income of $139,694, a median house price of $603,970, and a 5 percent unemployment rate.

Topping the list was Chanhassen, Minnesota.
