Lower Merion HS Offering Respite With 'Parents Night Out'

Your kids can enjoy snacks, games, movies, and more on Dec. 14 while you get a night off to shop, get dinner, visit friends, or just relax.

ARDMORE, PA — Need time to do holiday shopping, visit friends, go out to dinner, or looking to just get some time alone without the kids? Then Lower Merion High School has just the thing for you.

On Saturday, Dec. 14, the high school is hosting "Parents Night Out" where your kids can enjoy an evening of fun while you get some time off.

The event will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Lower Merion High School and feature board games, open gym, arts and crafts, movies and more. A light snack of mini-pretzels will also be provided.

Lower Merion High School staff and student volunteers will serve as supervisors.

This event is perfect for kids 4 through 11 years old.

Kids can be dropped off and picked up at the main entrance on Montgomery Avenue.

It costs $25 for one kid, $40 for 2, $50 for 3, and $5 for each additional child.

For an additional $5, you can drop kids off at 5 p.m. for a pizza dinner.

All funds generated will go toward Lower Merion High School's Class of 2020 and 2021.

Payment is due upon arrival and cash or checks are accepted. Checks should be made out to LMHS. Walk-ups are welcome, but parents must complete the registration and consent form upon arrival.
