Main Line Woman Competing On 'Jeopardy!' Tournament Of Champions

MERION STATION, PA — A Main Line woman is back on one of the most stories game shows of all time Monday night, competing in a tournament that has some of its best competitors vying for one of its ultimate titles.

Melissa Klapper, of Merion Station, is competing Monday night in the Tournament of Champions on "Jeopardy!"

Klapper, a Rowan University professor and published author, ended her original "Jeopardy!" run with four-day total of $60,100 in March 2023.

In Monday's game, she will face off against Canadian artist Ray LaLonde, who was a "Jeopardy!" champion 12 times over, and actor and writer Ike Bairnholtz, who was the champion in the "Celebrity Jeopardy!" tournament.

"Jeopardy!" will air at 7 p.m. on ABC.
