Authorities said McCutcheon shot a 26-year-old man, who they said was targeted, at the American Legion. The victim suffered multiple gunshots but survived. He was released from the hospital following extensive medical treatment, police said.

Police said McCutcheon then drove off, and as he did, a man came out of the legion and fired several rounds at the vehicle McCutcheon was in. That man was identified as Tre Vaughn Bolden, 27, of Ardmore.

Bolden was charged with felony aggravated assault, felony discharging a firearm into an occupied structure, simple assault, possession of a weapon, and recklessly endangering another person, court records show.

It's unclear if anyone in the vehicle was struck by gunfire. No one else was hurt in the shooting inside or outside the Legion.

As a result of the investigation, police identified McCutchen as the initial shooter, police said.
