This allows the township to be sure they are hearing from each person only once and to see which general area of the respondents live in.

Responses will remain anonymous, and personal information will be securely stored on Polco.

The survey was sent out by Polco via U.S. Mail earlier this spring to randomly selected households, distributed evenly throughout Lower Merion’s 14 wards.

Those who received a survey in the mail are asked to respond using the link provided in the mailing.

"Lower Merion is a great community, and the results will help to guide priorities to make the Township even better," Township Manager Ernie McNeely said. "I encourage everyone living in Lower Merion to take the survey and help us chart our community’s future."

Polco is committed to a strict privacy policy—they only share anonymous, combined results. Participants’ individual data and votes are never shared, according to the township.
