South Ardmore 4th Of July Parade: What To Know

The South Ardmore Independence Day celebration will feature a parade of bikes, strollers and wagons decked out in red, white and blue.

ARDMORE, PA — The annual South Ardmore Independence Day celebration is all set for Monday, July 4 in Ardmore.

The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Highlighting the event is the parade of bikes, strollers and wagons decked out in red, white and blue.

The parade will eave from Chestnutwold Elementary at 10 a.m.

Marchers will make their way around the neighborhood, heading up Morris Road, and end up at Elwell Field, where kids can compete in the "best-decorated" contest and participate in field events and other activities.

The South Ardmore Betterment Alliance will also be selling food throughout the event along with tickets for the Big Splash.

No bottled water will be sold, but if you bring your own water bottle, you can refill it for free.

Volunteers are still sought to assist at the event.

Multiple volunteer time slots are available, and you can also contribute items to our SABA Bake Sale table, lend a pop-up tent, or donate other supplies.
