Sponsorship Opportunities Available For 2024 Ardmore Day

ARDMORE, PA — It may only be June, but the Ardmore Business Association is already preparing for its annual Ardmore Day Event in October.

As preparations are underway, the group is looking to bring on more sponsors for the event.

Ardmore Day will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19 in downtown Ardmore.

It will feature face painting, Eagles mascot Swoop, a haunted house, a dog parade hosted by NBC Sports Philadelphia’s Michael Barkann, caricaturists, and much more, all while being free to attend.

And to make sure attendees are busy enjoying the day, the Ardmore Business Association is in need of more sponsors for the event.

Ardmore Business Association President Nina Greberman said there are varying levels of sponsorship available that will help spread awareness of those sponsors during the event.

The lowest sponsorship level is $100 and will get sponsors on the event's map.

First Trust Bank has already signed on to be the parking sponsor, Greberman said.

But plenty of other levels of sponsorship are open.

Below are details on the sponsorship levels:

• Presenting Sponsor — $1,000
  • Company logo displayed on banners and signage throughout midtown Ardmore
  • Name included in all media releases and the event brochure
  • Prominent banner placement on Ardmore Business Association's website
  • Dedicated social media mentions with links to your site
• Haunted House Halloween Event Sponsor — $1,000
  • Feature company name and logo on Haunted House banner
  • Feature your company name and logo through social media channels, the event brochure, signage, and on the ABA website
• Ardbark - Dog Parade Sponsor — $750
  • Publicize the parade through social media channels, the event brochure, signage, and on the ABA website
  • Associate your company's name with the beloved Dog Parade, showcasing your support for community events and engagement
  • Your company's logo prominently displayed on Ardbark banner and signage
• Bag Sponsor — $500
  • Printed bags with company logo and company information inside bag
  • Feature company name and logo on event brochure
• Two Hours Dedicated Entertainment at Your Business Location — $300
  • Music or activity at your location for two hours
  • Feature your company name and logo throughout social media and event brochure
• Map/Brochure Sponsor — $100
  • Feature your company name and logo on event brochure

Ardmore Business Association members can also host sidewalk sales and store specials during Ardmore Day for free.
