Is your loved one living with Alzheimer’s disease or another cognitive condition? Traditions of Lansdale provides families with a free and confidential support group on Wednesday, Aug. 21, from 7-8 p.m. Join us in person at 1800 Walnut St. or online via Zoom. 
Traditions’ support group, facilitated by LaVerne Riley-Sumner, memory care director and PAC-certified independent trainer, offers families a safe place to exchange information, develop a support system, and learn possible solutions and positive approaches to care to overcome challenges as their loved ones’ dementia journey progresses.
