Yum Yum Donut Shop Reopens In Colmar After Crash

No one was injured after a vehicle smashed into the beloved local donut shop, officials said.

COLMAR, PA — Yum Yum Bake Shop, a beloved local donut eatery in Montgomery County, reopened its doors on Wednesday morning after a vehicle crash and a scare impacted the store Tuesday.

The incident occurred just before noon Tuesday at the shop on 100 Bethlehem Pike in Colmar.

A vehicle crashed into the side of the shop, causing minor damage, officials said.

No injuries were reported.

The shop shut down for the rest of the day Tuesday but opened up their doors again at 5 a.m. Wednesday morning.

The store thanked the Hatfield Fire Company, Colmar Fire Company, and Hatfield Police Department for their assistance after the crash.
