Teen Threatened To Kill Tullytown Girl If She Told Of Rape: Police

The 18-year-old Levittown man allegedly raped the girl while watching a movie, court records stated.

TULLYTOWN BOROUGH, PA —An 18-year-old Levittown man has been charged following a child rape and sexual assault investigation by Tullytown Borough Police and the Bucks County Detectives, court records state.

Isaiah "Zay" Oliver, 18, has been charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse of a person less than 16 years of age, sexual assault aggravated indecent assault on a person less than 16 years old, statutory sexual assault, corruption of minors, and indecent assault of a person less than 16 years old, according to the criminal complaint obtained by Patch on Friday.

District Judge Terry Hughes preliminarily arraigned Oliver last week and $250,000 bail with 10 percent.

In January, Tullytown Borough police and the Bucks County Detectives began an investigation into an alleged sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl in a Tullytown home in which Oliver, and a 16-year-old boy, and a 15-year-old girl were also there, the affidavit states.

From Jan. 14 into Jan. 15, borough police said Oliver solicited sex from both girls that was declined, the affidavit said.

The next morning, Oliver asked the 13-year-old girl to watch a movie with him before thrusting his fingers down her pants. He kept going despite the girl asking him to stop, police said.

After allegedly raping her, Oliver told her he would "get his gun from his home and kill her" if she said anything. He then forced her to perform oral sex on him, the affidavit said.

The next day, Oliver sent her a Snapchat message seeking an explicit picture of the girl, court records state.

Investigators took several items into evidence after the report of an alleged rape and sexual assault.

The Pennsylvania State Police crime lab tested items taken into evidence and found Oliver’s DNA on the 13-year-old girl’s underwear, court records state.

In an interview with police, Oliver denied any sexual contact and said the girl asked him for sex, the affidavit states.
