EXTON, PA —Eagles fans are lining up outside the Rally House in Exton every morning waiting for the store to open to buy the latest gear for the Super Bowl-bound Eagles.

“People are waiting outside the door before we are even open,” said Mahitha Seelam, a sales associate, as she was unpacking Super Bowl LLVII shirts Wednesday afternoon. “We are always getting new merchandise. Every day we get something new.”

The Philadelphia Eagles sweatshirts and jerseys with the Eagles’ new slogan, “It’s A Philly Thing,” sold out earlier in the week, according to store officials.

The fans still have 11 days to get the perfect gear to watch the game.
The most popular Eagles’ jerseys - Jalen Hurts, A.J. Brown, and Jason Kelce - are selling out.

“After we won the championship, the merchandise has been flying off the shelves,” Kerry Vick, assistant manager, said. “We have so much merchandise. We have Eagles’ cutting boards, cooking merchandise, cornhole bags, and barbecues.”

Many fans are updating their Eagles’ gear to watch the Feb. 12 Super Bowl.

“I need to upgrade my gear,” Jimmy Alston, 63, of Coatesville, said. “I am getting new gear for my wife and I to wear when we watch the Super Bowl. It’s time to upgrade.”
Alston shared that he blacked out the name of Carson Wentz with the number 11 on his old jersey and replaced the name with Brown, a wide receiver for the Eagles who also wears the number 11.

Alston noted that the prices are high for the new gear, but it’s worth it to have updated gear for the Super Bowl.

Raven Bozek, a West Chester University student, started the day shopping for clothing to wear to work as a teacher, but ended up in the Rally House buying a Super Bowl sweatshirt for her boyfriend.

“I am getting this gift,” Bozek, said, proudly holding up the sweatshirt.
