2 Tried To Break Into Lower Moreland Home: Police

LOWER MORELAND, PA — A man smashed his way through a fence into a backyard of a home in Lower Moreland before trying to break into the back of the house itself, police said.

At the same time, another man wearing a medical mask knocked on the front door.

The pair fled in a gray minivan when they realized the resident was home, according to police.

The incident occurred on July 2 at around 4:35 p.m. near Pine and Byberry roads.
