Due to increased enrollment, Immaculata University is returning the second floor of Villa Maria Hall to dorm rooms that will house 27 students in double or single rooms. The conversion from office space back to dorm rooms will be complete for the fall semester.

Residents of this newly refurbished space will enjoy the historic charm of Immaculata’s oldest building, complemented by modern amenities. The space features walls painted in Immaculata blue, luxurious flooring, rolling shades, energy-efficient LED lighting, new furniture, updated washing machines and dryers, and a new hall lounge.

“We are very excited about the growth of our resident student population. These additional dorm rooms reflect our commitment to welcoming more students to campus,” stated Immaculata President Barbara Lettiere ’72. “We are so pleased that an increasing number of students have chosen Immaculata University as a place to learn and live.”

The renovation project was made possible through the generosity of donors, many of whom were former residents of the second floor of Villa Maria Hall.
