Create delicious memories with us at our Summer Pick Your Own Days. Spend the day down on the farm plucking sweet, juicy berries, making a bouquet of colorful flowers, picking apples straight off the tree...there's plenty to harvest depending on the season, and nothing's sweeter than spending time with friends and family. 
Pick your own fields are open Wed to Sun from 10am to 5pm from Sat, June 5 to September 12, 2024 (with the exception of special Festival weekends). The last wagon leaves promptly at 3pm. Guests must purchase a <a href="https://shadybrookfarm.com/collections/pick-your-own" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Picking Pass</a> to access the pick your own fields via wagon ride. Crops, not included, are sold by the container or stem. Containers can be pre-purchased online or at the gate.

The Zlock Performing Arts Center is delighted to announce the latest installment in our Cultural Streaming Series: "Lady Day: The Many Faces of Billie Holiday." Join us for a captivating 60-minute streaming event on Thursday September 12, 2024 at 12:15 p.m., celebrating the life and genius of one of jazz’s most iconic figures. This event is free and open to the public, offering an opportunity to enjoy world-class performances in the comfort of our state-of-the-art venue.
"Lady Day: The Many Faces of Billie Holiday" delves into the often anguished life of Billie Holiday, portraying her not just as a victim but as a fierce, back-talking fighter who did not suffer fools gladly. Above all, it highlights her unparalleled talent as a jazz musician. This streaming event invites a new generation to see the many facets of this beautiful woman—this “dark lady of the sonnets,” as one poet called her—and to appreciate more deeply her undying art.
The Zlock Performing Arts Center’s Cultural Streaming Series features recorded performances by leading classical and jazz artists, ensembles, and orchestras from around the world, bringing the global stage to our local community.
