Join the Diversified Real Estate Investor Group at the May general meeting as experienced DIG member, Realtor and real estate investor Albert Stroble discusses the entire process of acquiring vacant land and developing new construction properties. Brian Corcodilos from DesignBlendz, Andrew Friedman and Jeff Marmur from Eastern Consulting will join Albert.

You’ll learn the advantages and disadvantages of new construction and how to determine if this type of real estate investment is the right fit for you. You will learn how to identify vacant land and the appropriate zoning uses that fit the type of project and best potential profit outcomes.
