Weekend Car Wash To Benefit Council Rock North Marching Band

NEWTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — The Council Rock North Marching Band will be washing cars to benefit the band on Saturday, August 17 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Newtown Ambulance Squad at 2651 South Eagle Road, Newtown, across the street from ACE Hardware.

The marching band, under the direction of Wayne Bishop, performs at home and away Council Rock North football games, appears in local parades and at events, performs several concerts throughout the year, and competes in the U.S. Bands circuit and at local marching band festivals.
