74-Year-Old Man Missing: Philadelphia Police
Foster Moore was last seen Thursday morning by his granddaughter at their home. He may be in the area of the 2200 block of Pierce Street.
PHILADELPHIA — A 74-year-old man is missing, and Philadelphia Police are asking for help finding him.
Foster Moore was last seen by his granddaughter at about 11:47 a.m. Thursday at their home on the 2100 block of North 23rd Street.
Moore is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 125 pounds. He has brown eyes, black hair, and a gray and black beard.

He was last seen wearing a black top hat, a black and yellow bleached Nike hoodie, black Nike pants, and gray and white New Balance sneakers.
Having recently moved to his current residence, police said Moore is not familiar with the area and may try to return to his previous address on the 2200 block of Pierce Street.
