Watch Italy's 'Thunderbirds' Fly Over Philadelphia Monday

See photos and videos of the Italian Air Force's Frecce Tricolori, the "Tricolor Arrows," as they flew over Philadelphia Monday morning.

PHILADELPHIA — The Italian Air Force's equivalent of the Thunderbirds flew over Philadelphia Monday morning, complete with red white, and green smoke trails to honor their nation.

The group, called Frecce Tricolori which translates to "Tricolor Arrows," flew over the city at about 10:30 a.m. Monday.

Frecce Tricolori's ten jets featured trailing red, white, and green smoke during the flyover.

This event was part of Frecce Tricolori's 2024 North American Tour, which will end with the Air Dot Show Ocean City in Ocean City, Maryland.
