Electrical Fire Cuts Power To Radnor Customers, Officials Say

RADNOR, PA —An electrical fire knocked out power to 270 Radnor residents at noon Monday near King of Prussia Road and East Lancaster Avenue in the Wayne section of the township, officials said.

By 5 p.m., there were 16 residents still without power.

Police said a tree was knocked down near the wires.

Radnor police, firefighters, and public works employees are at the scene, and PECO crews are responding.

Motorists are asked to avoid the area and follow detours.
