Counterfeit Money, Thefts: Radnor Crime Blotter

Radnor Township Police said a masked man passed three counterfeit fifty dollar bills at the Lancaster Avenue Giant store recently.

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA — Police in Radnor Township have shared details on recent crimes in the township.

These incidents occurred between March 28 and May 3.

Retail Theft - Wawa - 215 W. Lancaster Ave.
Staff of the Wawa, located at 215 W. Lancaster Ave., reported a retail that had just occurred on Friday, May 3, at approximately 12:50 a.m. Staff reports a black male, with dread locks, wearing a white t-shirt and black shorts, removed several items from the store without making payment.

Counterfeit Money - 550 E. Lancaster Ave. - Giant
On April 25, staff of the Giant, located at 550 E. Lancaster Ave., report receiving counterfeit money earlier in the week. Employees of the Giant report on Tuesday, April 23, a blank male wearing a gray hoodie and a black face masked passed three counterfeit fifty dollar bills in the store. The black male was seen on video leaving the store in a silver Chevrolet Malibu.

Retail Theft - 301 E. Lancaster Ave. - 7-Eleven Store
The manager of the 7-Eleven, located at 301 E. Lancaster Ave. reports a retail theft just occurred. The manager reports a black male, dressed in all black clothing, hid several items on his person and exited the store without making payment.

Theft - 111 Waynewood Ave., Ame Salon and Spa
The owners of Ame Spa and Salon, 111 Waynewood Ave., reported theft of flowers from out front of their store. The owners advise that since 11/2023 approximately 6-8 plants have been stolen front out font of their business.

Theft from Vehicle - 610 King of Prussia Rd. - Cabrini University
On Tuesday, 4/23/2024, the student from Cabrini University advised that two credit cards were stolen from their vehicle which was parked on the second level of the parking garage. The victim only became aware of the theft after they were contacted by their credit card company of suspicious activity that had occurred on their cards at a store in New Jersey.

Indecent Act - Agnes Irwin School - 275 S. Ithan Ave.
Officials of the Agnes Irwin School reported an indecent act that occurred in front of their minor students. Two juvenile females advised that on Thursday, April 11, while they were on the lacrosse field parallel to South Ithan Avenue, an unknown male was observed facing them from Browning Lane performing an indecent act. The male, no further description, was last seen leaving the area in a regular cab, dark-colored pickup truck (possibly dark green) from Browning Lane towards South Ithan Avenue.

Theft of Mail - 400 block of Wyldehaven Rd.
On Tuesday, April 9, a resident on the 400 block of Wyldehaven Road reported the theft of a package that was delivered to their residence. The package was delivered by FedEx at 2:43 p.m. and when the resident went to retrieve it at 3:02 p.m. and the package was gone.

Retail Theft - Micro Center - 550 E. Lancaster Ave.
The Micro Center, located at 550 E. Lancaster Ave. , advised of a late reported retail theft. Micro Center advised that a retail theft had occurred at the store on Thursday, March 28 and reported it to police April 9.

Retail Theft - Wine and Spirits - 127 W. Lancaster Ave.
The wine and Spirits store located at 127 E. Lancaster Ave. called to report a retail theft that had occurred yesterday. The store advised that a retail theft had occurred April 8 and just wanted to make RPD aware.
