According to Leapfrog's Fall 2022 Hospital Safety Grades report, Springfield Hospital was graded C.
In spring, it earned a D grade.

According to Leapfrog, Springfield Hospital performs below average in several fields, including blood infections, surgical wounds splitting open, dangerous blood clots, handwashing, and communications.
