Devon's Long and Foster Notes $26M In Sales For April

The local real estate team has increased their sales by about $10 million from 2015, according to a company news release.

BLUE BELL, PA -- Art Herling and his team of agents at Long and Foster, which serves Blue Bell, Devon, and the greater Delaware Valley, achieved more than $26 million in total sales volume for the month of April 2016, the company announced in a press release.

Long and Foster said this marked an increase of $16 million over April 2015 for the team of agents.

“Home buyers and sellers know they can turn to us to accomplish their real estate needs and goals,” Herling said in a statement. “Our team has more than 200 listings in the area and our heavy market presence generates an enormous amount of our leads."

A 36-year veteran of the real estate industry, Herling has been involved in nearly every aspect of the business, from sales to management to home building and land acquisition, according to a news release.

He specializes in luxury homes, including both new construction and resale, and his high-caliber sales skills have made him Long & Foster’s top agent in Pennsylvania, the No. 4 agent in Pennsylvania overall and the No. 1 agent in Bucks, Montgomery, Chester and Delaware counties, the company said.
