Luxury Apartment Building In Berwyn Begins Leasing

Ember At Berwyn, a 250-unit luxury apartment building, is expected to open in October.

TREDYFFRIN, PA —Ember at Berwyn, a new 308,000 square-foot apartment community along Swedesford Road, began pre-leasing apartments on Tuesday, the developer, Bozzuto announced.

The apartment building, on the corner of Swedesford Road and Contention Lane, is set to open in October. It has studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments for rent.

On Tuesday, crews were working on the entrance of the building, located next to Swedesford Plaza. The location is at the former HH Greg shopping center.

  • Sports equipment storage
  • A social lounge complete with an exhibition kitchen, bar area, and billiards room
  • Gated garages

The apartment complex provides direct access to the Chester Valley trail via an easement agreement with Chester County. It borders Montgomery and Delaware counties.

Berwyn offers dining, shopping, and businesses and easy access to Route 202, and the Gateway Shopping Center.

The outdoor spaces will include courtyards lush with greenery, an outdoor kitchen, BBQ grills, fire pits, a pool and sun deck.

The project was developed through a joint venture partnership on land owned by ECHO Realty.

The developer has opened luxury apartments in Town Center, King of Prussia, and Conshohocken.

The project is close to another proposed multi-family residential project affiliated with LifeTime Athletic on Swedesford Road. The development calls for 196 units in five-story building with garage parking.
