The average price decreased 18.22% from $606,238 to $495,801 while the average days on market stayed the same at 77 days. The number of new listings to-date for 2016 is 861, which is 6.51% less than the 921 new listings this time last year. However, the number of homes sold this year rose 9.15% to 601 compared to last year’s 546.
