Huntingdon Valley Man Charged With Election Fraud, Cast Multiple Votes

Federal officials said the man cast votes in three different counties in 2020, and two in 2022.

HUNTINGDON VALLEY, PA — A Montgomery County man registered to vote and cast votes in numerous locations during the same election, police said.

Philip C. Pulley, 62, of Huntingdon Valley, has been charged with election fraud, falsely registering to vote, double voting, and related crimes.

Pulley, who was registered to vote in his home in Montgomery County, also registered to vote in Broward County, Florida in 2018, according to authorities.

He then added a third voter registration in Philadelphia county in 2020, the U.S. Attorney's Office in the eastern district of Pennsylvania said. To register in Philly, he used a fake home address and fake social security number.

In 2020, Pulley cast three ballots all told, and then in 2022, he cast two, in Philadelphia and Montgomery counties, federal officials said.

He faces a maximum of three to five years behind bars, three years of probation, and up to a $250,000 fine.

The FBI and the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office led the investigation. The trial date will be scheduled in the near future.
