This is a Dine &amp; Donate event at BierHaul TownHouse, where your participation helps us bring a community-owned grocery store to life. The West Chester Co-op has signed a lease and will be opening at 204 West Market St. in the Borough in 2025.
What is a food co-op?
A food co-op, short for food cooperative, is a community-owned grocery store or marketplace that operates for the benefit of its members rather than for profit. Members of a food co-op typically own shares in the business, which gives them a say in how the co-op is run, including decisions about the types of products sold, pricing, and operations.&nbsp;

Better Than Bacon Improv is a short form improv comedy troupe based in West Chester, PA. BTB does short skits and games based on audience suggestions.
BTB was born when a few crazy folks met at a local improv comedy class and became friends. Those same folks kept taking improv comedy classes until there were no more local classes to take. In 2010, after finding a director and a few more performers, Better Than Bacon was born. We had our first professional gig in 2011 and celebrate our anniversary each June!
Our current troupe of 13 members hail from all over the SE Philly suburbs: Malvern, Exton, West Chester, Kennett Square, Phoenixville, Media, Swarthmore, and Wilmington, DE. Our artistic backgrounds include improv, acting, stand-up comedy, and music.

CCR was an American rock band active in the late 1960s and early 1970s. Their musical style encompassed the roots rock and swamp rock genres. Creedence Clearwater Revival’s music is still a staple of American radio airplay the band has sold 26 million albums in the United States alone. The show is very faithful to a live CCR performance. Listeners enjoy a full 90 minute show of their favorite CCR classics (Bad Moon Rising, Proud Mary, Up Around the Bend to name a few) and songs that Creedence would turn into live jams such as Born on the Bayou and Susie Q. The band also mixes in John Fogerty classics including The Old Man Down the Road and Centerfield capturing the energy of his current show.
Rick Horvath: Guitar/Lead Vocals Rick “Noodles” Horvath has been a familiar staple on the East Coast music scene for decades. A founding member of NY’s Sorethumb – one of Long Island’s most successful working bands for over 20 years, he has also worked with many top studio producers &amp; engineers: Mick Jones of Foreigner, Gary Lyons (Greatful Dead) and Steve Rinkoff (Meatloaf) to name a few. He acts as musical director for Rick Virga &amp; All The King’s Men, NY’s #1 Elvis Tribute show which performed on Broadway. Noodles shared the stage with Jimmy Buffett in an unannounced show at Margarittaville in Key West, FL. He has opened for such acts as The Romantics, Glenn Tilbrook (Squeeze) and Colin Hay (Men at Work).
