  • Phase 2 calls for Route 332 Bypass improvements, a $5,578,630 cost that is partially funded with a $3 million Multimodal Transportation Fund Investments grant to improve safety and mobility in Bucks County. Phase 2 should be completed by the end of the year.

The pedestrian improvements include:

  • Pedestrian path installation on Stony Hill Road to connect the Prickett Preserve project to Edgewood Village.

The Wegmans supermarket is expected to open on March 20. It is the centerpiece of the Prickett Preserve development, which includes nine multi-family buildings containing 200 apartment units plus a clubhouse with a pool, and seven commercial buildings totaling 52,000 square feet.

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill will be opening its first Bucks County location there as well.

Meanwhile, an existing historic farmhouse and barn on the property will be preserved and repurposed.

Plans were approved for the project by DeLuca Homes in April 2021.
