Two homes changed hands last week in East Greenwich, according to data from the statewide Multiple Listing Service.

  • 240 South Road, a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom 2,088 square foot Cape Cod, sold for $376,000. Its list price was $375,000.
  • 122 Cresthill Drive, a 4-bedroom, one-and-a-half bathroom Colonial, sold for $301,000. Its list price was $324,900.
