Narragansett Home Engulfed By Weekend Fire

The South Kingstown Fire Department was called in to assist in extinguishing the flames.

NARRAGANSETT, RI — A Narragansett home was engulfed in an early morning fire over the weekend. The South Kingstown Fire Department was called in for mutual aid.

The fire broke out in the Tern Road home around 4:30 a.m. Saturday, Union Fire Chief Steven Pinch said. The cause of the home has not been determined.

Two families — three adults and one child — were displaced by the fire, according to the Red Cross.
