NOTICE is hereby given that a Public Hearing by and before the Zoning and Planning Board of Review of the Town of Narragansett is scheduled for Thursday, August 22, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. at the Narragansett Town Hall, 25 Fifth Avenue, to consider and act upon the following applications:

Kambrie Enterprises, Plat N-G, Lot 182, 80 Old Pine Road, for relief under Chapter 731 of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Narragansett, entitled ‘Zoning’, specifically a Variance from the Dimensional Regulations (Section 6.4), to validate an above ground pool, at the above referenced property.

Varone, Plat N-S, Lot 294, 105 Camden Road, for relief under Chapter 731 of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Narragansett, entitled ‘Zoning’, specifically a Special Use Permit from the Coastal and Freshwater Wetlands Overlay District (Section 4.3), a Variance and Special Use Permit from the Coastal Resources Overlay District (Section 4.4), and Variances from the Dimensional Regulations (Section 6.4), to construct an “L” shaped addition to the existing dwelling with a two (2) story “double decker” rear deck, and an expansion of the front entry porch, at the above referenced property.

Chapman & Fairborne, Plat N, Lot 315, 44 Willow Avenue, for relief under Chapter 731 of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Narragansett, entitled ‘Zoning’, specifically Variances from the Dimensional Regulations (Section 6.4), to demolish the existing side-yard sundeck with stairs to construct a second-story addition with a second story covered deck and a third story addition with a third story covered deck, at the above referenced property.

Said petitions are on file in the office of Community Development in the Town Hall and available for review during regular office hours. Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing impaired must notify the Department of Community Development at 401-782-0632, 48-hours in advance of the hearing date.
