Officers said they found John Harris, 38, slumped over the steering wheel inside a pick-up truck in the parking lot of a Calabee Way apartment complex Wednesday night. The keys were in the ignition and the AR-15 was next to him.

The officer who woke Harris said he was disoriented and confused, but was still able to say he had another gun in his back pocket. Harris performed poorly on field sobriety tests, police say.
