Pedestrian Killed In I-24 Crash
State troopers say a pedestrian died after being hit at the Almaville Road exit on Interstate 24 early Monday.
SMYRNA, TN -- A pedestrian died early Monday after being hit on Interstate 24 near Smyrna.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol says the person was hit at mile marker 70 near the Almaville Road exit off I-24 at 2 a.m.
The scene was cleared by the time Monday morning's rush hour began but the investigation is ongoing.
