Report: Pizza Chain To Make Debut in Nashville

Uncle Maddio's picks franchisees to open restaurants in six locations.

NASHVILLE, TN — Uncle Maddio's, an Atlanta-based pizza chain, is planning to open up to six restaurants in the Nashville area, with the first one scheduled to open next month in Murfreesboro, according to a media report.

The parent firm of Uncle Maddio's announced Oct. 13 that it has signed franchise agreements with an individual and a business partnership, Nashville Post magazine reported. Each franchisee plans to open up to three of the fast-casual eateries in the greater Nashville region.

One franchisee is looking at a site in Smyrna, the magazine reports. Guests at Uncle Maddio's can build their own pizzas, choosing from one of three crusts, six sauces, 27 vegetables and 15 meats.
