AUSTIN, TX — Officials at Austin-based Twin Liquors said Wednesday they raised $66,000 from its flood relief campaign in support of those displaced or otherwise impacted by Hurricane Harvey.

The fine wine and spirits retailer received generous contributions from industry members, including The Wine and Spirits Guild of America and Carl Nolet Jr. of Nolet Spirits (Ketel One), and matched $20,000 of customer donations from all 80-plus Twin Liquors neighborhood locations, officials said.

The donation was made to help meet the immediate needs of those impacted by Harvey, officials explained. Yet resources are still severely needed, Twin Liquors invites the community to continue supporting the cause by donating directly to the American Red Cross’s Immediate Assistance Program by texting HARVEY to 90999 to make a $10 donation.
