EAST AUSTIN, TX -- Another trendy restaurant specializing in open-fire techniques is coming to East Austin.

According to Eater Austin, Pitchfork Pretty should be open along East Cesar Chavez by the winter. Its name is derived as a nod to farmers and farms, Eater Austin reports, and the bounty it delivers: Dinners contained in beautiful plates of food.

Restaurant proprietor Seth Bass bought the East Austin lot where the restaurant is being built, formerly containing a thrift store, in 2014. He once ran the since-closed Blanca in San Diego, Calif., and prior to that worked in the San Francisco area under Charlie Trotter and Roxanne Klein at Roxanne's, the website reported.
