Health Inspection Scores: Eastside Pies, Sonic, Las Cazuelas

The Austin/Travis County Health and Human Services Department has inspected 12 East Austin establishments so far in October. If no violations are found, restaurants receive a score of 100. If more than 30 points are lost, a re-inspection is required and corrections must be made to bring the score above 70, according to the Texas Food Establishment Rules. If subsequent inspections score below 70, compliance actions will be taken.

El Chilito Tacos y Cafe -- Score 79, inspection date: Oct. 2

Fast Folks Cyclery & Cafe -- Score 90, inspection date: Oct. 1

Kitchen Space - Laxmi Farsan & Catering -- Score 89, inspection date: Oct. 7

La Michoacana - Retail -- Score 85, inspection date: Oct. 9

La Michoacana Taqueria -- Score 72, inspection date: Oct. 9

Las Cazuelas -- Score 91, inspection date: Oct. 1

MLK Food Store -- Score 79, inspection date: Oct 7

RBJ Center -- Score 93, inspection date: Oct. 8

Short Stop -- Score 92, inspection date: Oct. 1

Sonic Drive In -- Score 89, inspection date: Oct. 7

Yellow Jacket Social Club -- Score 86, inspection date: Oct. 6
