New Nonstop Service Between Austin, Cleveland To Be Launched In Early 2018

Frontier Airlines' service to/from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport will begin Monday, April 9, 2018.

AUSTIN, TX — Frontier Airlines on Wednesday announced plans to launch nonstop service to and from Austin and Cleveland beginning in early 2018.

The new service to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport will begin Monday, April 9, 2018, airport officials at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport said. Service will operate Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday with flights departing Austin at 12:04 p.m. and arriving in Cleveland at 3:49 p.m. Return flights will leave Cleveland at 4:39 p.m. and arrive in Austin at 6:49 p.m.

Tickets are now available for booking at www.flyfrontier.com. The announcement comes on the heels of Frontier’s July announcement of new nonstop service out of Austin to eight cities including:

  • Charlotte, NC – Begins April, 8 2018
  • Cincinnati, OH – Begins April 8, 2018
  • Columbus, OH – New nonstop destination. Begins April 8, 2018
  • New Orleans, LA – Begins October 5, 2017
  • Phoenix, AZ – Begins October 11, 2017
  • Raleigh/Durham, NC – Begins October 5, 2017
  • Ontario, CA – New nonstop destination. Begins October 12, 2017
  • San Jose, CA – Begins April 9, 2018

The Cleveland service brings Frontier’s total number of destinations from Austin to 17, according to airport officials.
