Kings Harbor Welcomes Houston Methodist and ERA Beauty Lounge

The new lounge will offer a wide array of services

(KINGWOOD, TX) – Houston-based Midway, a privately owned, fully integrated real estate investment and development firm, is pleased to announce that Houston Methodist Comprehensive Care Center and ERA Beauty Lounge are making their way to Kings Harbor, Kingwood’s premier mixed-use destination for Class A office space, shopping, dining and entertainment.

To accommodate their growth in Kingwood, Houston Methodist has leased 12,800 square feet of office space located on the second floor of the Kings Harbor office building. The medical office space, slated to open this April, will include Houston Methodist Primary Care Group, led by Dr. Anu Namuduri, primary care and family medicine physician. Namuduri will be the first of several doctors to join the new offices and will treat patients for all primary care needs, including acute and chronic care, health screenings, preventative care, and women’s health. Houston Methodist Comprehensive Care Center will also offer select specialty care services, including orthopedics, sports medicine, physical therapy, and laboratory services in their new location.

Another addition to Kings Harbor this spring is ERA Beauty Lounge, a boutique salon committed to enhancing clients’ natural beauty. Owned and managed by beautician Emily Rae Arbogast, the beauty lounge will offer a wide range of hair services, from haircuts and extensions to balayage and color treatments. This new 1,300 square foot salon will be located across from Pretty Little Things Boutique and will open their doors this spring.

“We are thrilled to welcome Houston Methodist and ERA Beauty Lounge to Kings Harbor this spring,” said Robert Williamson, Midway. “We are confident their knowledge and innovations will bring considerable value to Kings Harbor and the greater Kingwood community.”

With more than 75,000 square feet of retail, entertainment, Class-A office space, a central plaza plus adjacent luxury residential multifamily units and brownstones, Kings Harbor provides the Kingwood and Atascocita market with an upscale development with a true sense of place. The 20-acre development was the first mixed-use development of Midway’s and offers guests a unique mix of local businesses owned and operated by fellow Kingwood residents. As the only commercial development within the market located directly on Lake Houston, Kings Harbor features captivating architectural design and beautiful walkways, establishing itself as a great destination for lakefront dining, shopping and unique event opportunities.
