Throughout the months of March and April, the Texas court properties hosted Barks & Brews, a pet-friendly happy hour with dog treats and discounted beers on the restaurant patios and throughout the spacious courtyards – complete with outdoor fire pits, lawn games and more. The Valencia Hotel Group took a percentage of sales from beverages sold and donated the money back to their communities by partnering with animal-focused nonprofit organizations in each city.

Barks & Brews raised over $2,000 in just 2 months and will give the funds to select nonprofits throughout the state over the next few weeks. The beneficiaries for Barks & Brews include: DFW Humane Society, Haven Animal Care Shelter, Aggieland Humane Society and Austin Humane Society.
