One Guest To Get 10 Years Of Free Pizza in 'Carnival O' Pizza'

The is the carnival's 10th anniversary.

Home Slice Pizza is celebrating its 10th annual Carnival O’ Pizza by giving one guest 10 years of free pizza.

The independently-owned neighborhood pizza joint, which was recently named one of the 101 best pizza restaurants in America, is hosting the event on Saturday, Nov. 14 from noon to 7 p.m. at its 1415 South Congress location. The carnival will be the biggest it’s ever been, and pizza-themed activities will be free to the public.

According to a press release, there will be carnival-inspired games, a photo booth and dancing. The will also be several raffles with prizes such as dinner for 12 at Paul Qui’s Otoko, two Austin City Limits passes and a Yeti cooler. One lucky raffle winner will get the ultimate prize of free Home Slice Pizza for 10 years.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Austin Bat Cave, an organization that gives children the chance to develop their creative writing skills. According to the release, Carnival O’ Pizza has raised more than $110,000 for local participating charities, including over $60,000 for Austin Bat Cave in the last nine years.
