Richmond, TX -- A new subdivision has opened and homes are starting at $225,000.
KB Homes has begun selling properties in the Williams Ranch Preserve in Richmond, the one- and two- story homes feature brick and stone designs and range from 1,836 square feet to 3,028 square feet.
The new community is two miles west of the intersection of Grand Parkway, U.S. 59/I-69 and Williams Way Boulevard. The area is in the Lamar Consolidated Independent School District. The neighborhood will have a park, playground and swimming pool.
