Police found evidence of forced entry into several offices owned by different business on the third, fourth and fifth floors, with cash and electronics missing from those businesses.

Surveillance video at both locations shows a black man with a backpack wearing blue jeans, a white polo shirt with stripes and a black Nike baseball cap. He was about 6-feet-2 and possibly in his mid to late 30s.

The same man returned to Sugar Land on Oct. 8 and burglarized another office building at 77 Sugar Creek Blvd.

The circumstances were identical to the Aug. 13 burglaries. Police believe he conducts surveillance of the office buildings at about noon, then returns after the businesses close and steals electronics.
