GENERAL BOOK KEEPING &amp; OFFICE&nbsp;DUTIES INCLUDING:
Input data into Quickbooks
Client Billing
Data entry for timesheets 
Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation
Bookkeeping Reports
Transfer financial reports to accountant
Office admin tasks (organization, mail pick up, filing, etc.)

KNOWLEDGE &amp; EXPERIENCE:
Proficient with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, and Excel with (2-3) year related experience 
Two (2) years related experience, preferably in a small business setting 
Detail-oriented and ability to multitask with minimal supervision
Knowledge/ interest in garden design preferred
Fluent English required
