Ledyard C.H.A.I.N. is a community based group whose purpose is to offer support to the Ledyard Animal Control, to offer education that will enrich the lives of pets and their owners, and to support efforts and initiatives that will benefit the welfare and safety of companion animals in the Ledyard and Gales Ferry area.
