Who we are: We are a small non-profit preschool founded in 1965 during the civil rights movement.&nbsp; We are the longest running intentionally diverse preschool program in the country. We are located at 349 Boston Post Road in Weston.&nbsp; We operate from Sept-June M-F 8-12 with a stay day option until 2:00.&nbsp; We are located inside the educational wing of First Parish Church.
 Our Mission:&nbsp;Our mission at Roxbury Weston Preschool is to provide a high-quality early childhood experience that meets the unique needs and development of the whole child. We strive to create a learning environment rich in diversity, an environment that encourages children of all races and backgrounds to become lifelong learners and reach their maximum potential. Our goal is to foster an encouraging educational experience for each child in collaboration with family members. We know that positive social skills, creativity, emotional growth, and critical thinking skills are important in order for children to reach their highest potential. Our dedicated teachers nurture and teach children of all economic levels and cultural backgrounds. We believe in nurturing a safe and caring atmosphere, encouraging positive self-image, acceptance, and a love of learning where every child is respected and valued for their uniqueness.
