Mandy began in 1983 as a staffing recruiter with a degree in Bilingual (French) Business Administration. She founded and operated Market-Connections Personnel Services in Canada until 1992. In 1993, she began as a recruiter in Southern California.

Mandy has worked as a Sr. Recruiter/Branch Manager at leading staffing firms in Los Angeles and recruited for many Fortune 500 companies [i.e.: The Walt Disney Co., CBS Corp., NBC Universal, Fox Entertainment, AEG Worldwide, AT&T, Southern California Edison, City of Los Angeles, Turner Construction, Kiewtt Engineering, Honda, and Metropolitan Water District, just to name a few...].
