Blankets With Care is a 501c3 Non Profit organization that Brings Joy to the Elderly, Veterans, Homeless & Those in Need in Macomb, St. Clair, Oakland & the Surrounding Areas. We collect donations of items for the homeless and give them to McWarm who gives them directly to the Homeless. We also do Acts of Caring. One of the Acts of Caring is called the BWC Five & Dime Store PopUp Act of Caring. We go to local nursing homes with donated items and give the residents plastic quarters and have them shop from the items. (Each item is either 5 or 10 cents) so there is NO Cost to the Resident. We run on donations.

Our Mascot Blankets the Caring Elephant wants to Teach Us that Caring For Others is Something We Should Never Forget & BABY (Be A Better You) Peanut (www.facebook.com/BlanketsandBabyPeanutsActsofCaring/) have a Kid Fun Club where kids from 4-12 can join. Blankets & Peanut are special helpers for Santa and collect letters for him and he will write them back.
