Moshie Horn, Neighbor

Moshie Horn prides himself in the work he does in real estate, especially the work that benefits underserved populations. He owns over 1,500 apartments and uses them to help provide shelter for the people who need it most. He faithfully fills 20-25% of his properties with veterans and estimates that 40-45% of all of his properties go to underserved populations, helping battered women and veterans find homes.

Moshie Horn graduated summa cum laude from Israel Torah Research Institute with a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences. He then furthered his education at Seton Hall University where he graduated magna cum laude with his Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing. In 2017, he went back to school at New York University where he studied through the Schack School of Real Estate.

Moshie currently lives in Long Island with his wife and their three children.
