On Friday, September 27, <a href="https://www.neads.org/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">NEADS World Class Service Dogs</a> celebrates Get Dressed. Give Back., its annual fundraising event to support the organization and its array of Service Dog programs. Hosted at The Exchange in Boston’s Seaport, the festive, cocktail party-style event features fantastic food, live music, an open bar, and exclusive shopping opportunities.
The very name of the event reflects the mission of NEADS and the incredible training the World Class Service Dogs receive by incorporating authentic commands the dogs are taught: “get dressed,” “give,” and “back.”
 
NEADS working Service Dog teams and Service Dogs in Training along with volunteer Puppy Raisers will be in attendance. NEADS is pleased to have Karen Anderson, award-winning journalist and member of WCVB's 5 Investigates, as the Keynote Speaker. Fox61 News CT Anchor Keith McGilvery is back by popular demand as Presenting Host. Larry and Nanine Costa are the event’s Presenting Sponsors.
 
The evening festivities will include various passed and stationary hors d'oeuvres and special food stations throughout the venue, as well as a special visit from the Melt food truck for a late evening snack. In addition, guests can also enjoy an exclusive live music performance by Martin &amp; Kelly, standouts in today's crossover country music scene, in the outdoor tent located right by the Harbor. Each guest will receive a Harbor Sweets chocolate gift box donated by Abaris Financial Group.
 
Individual event tickets are $175 each and Friends of NEADS tickets which include two tickets and your name listed on the program are $400. Free parking is available on-site.

Save the Date! <a href="https://bostonartsacademy.org/foundation/event/baa-honors-2024" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Boston Arts Academy Foundation’s</a> largest fundraising event of the year, Honors, is the BAA Foundation’s signature annual event and largest single source of unrestricted funding each year for Boston Arts Academy, Boston's only public high school for the visual and performing arts. Inspired by the Kennedy Center Honors, BAAF Honors recognizes leaders in the school’s art majors—Dance, Fashion Design &amp; Technology, Music, Television &amp; Film, and Visual Arts, as well as Honors in Civic Responsibility. All funding will directly support public arts education and life-changing opportunities for Boston Arts Academy’s students for generations to come.
This year's event will be a monumental celebration—an evening of student performances, a live and silent auction, an awards program, special guest appearances, dinner, dancing, and more—in one of the best entertainment venues in our beautiful city, MGM Music Hall at Fenway Park.
WHO: The event will be chaired by Philanthropist, Legal Expert, and BAAF Board of Directors as Investment Committee Chair, Stephanie L. Brown and Boston Mayor Michelle Wu will serve as the Honorary Chair. Honorees who will be recognized are Award-Winning Creative Director and Costume Designer, June Ambrose, Visual Artists Dr. Amy Boger and Dr. Joshua Boger, also founder of Vertex Pharmaceuticals Incorporated, Live Nation-New England Chairman Don Law, Actress and Author Christy Cashman, Philanthropist Katherine Chapman Stemberg, and others!
