North Shore Community Picnic

The NSYRFC, is introducing a rugby program for boys and girls aged 6 through 18, from Sunday, September 15th
from 1.00pm to 2.30pm and through to Sunday, November 17th at Salem High School, 77 Wilson St, Salem, MA 01970. 15 hours of coaching and lots of fun right up to Thanksgiving! 
Our program is set up to introduce all ages to rugby, through learning the basics of the game and fostering confidence and discipline to enjoy playing rugby. Coaching groups will be set up according to age grades. All North Shore Youth Coaches are certified, and background checked.
 Grades 1 through 7 is non-contact flag rugby
LEARN THE SKILLS THIS FALL AND BE READY TO PLAY WITH US IN SPRING 2025! 
**Learn basic rugby skills: tackle safely - catch and pass - evasive running, support play. **
 Grades 8 through 12 will learn how to tackle safely and&nbsp;effectively.
Teamwork, Individual decision making and skills. Rugby includes many skillsets from other sports, so athlete&rsquo;s crossover easily from Wrestling, Judo, Lacrosse, Soccer, Basketball, Football, Track and Field! Increase your Aerobic and Anaerobic fitness to benefit overall.
